Cancellations Policy
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice - it's only fair to other patients who may need an appointment.
Missing your appointment or cancellation in less than 24 hours incurs a charge of 50% of the consultation. If cancelling before then, the fee will be reimbursed in full.
