About Me

Hello! Thanks for having a look around my website. Here is a little bit about me:

I live in Brighton, a sunny (and sometimes very breezy!) town on the south coast of England, UK. I live with my husband and our 12 year old, crazy daughter who keeps me on my toes and who has benefited hugely from having had homeopathy all her young life.

I love travelling and have visited many countries in Europe and spent a year travelling around Asia. In my spare time I am always reading and learning more about homeopathy and energy / vibration therapies, there's so much to know and the field is constantly growing.

My background is a degree in Chemistry and a career in market research, advertising and media as well as practice management in local government.

How I discovered homeopathy…

I suffered from very bad hay fever from 7 years old, taking plenty of medication and staying indoors with nose bleeds each summer, but nothing really worked for long. At last, in my 20s a work colleague told me about homeopathy, and when my allergy faded away I was hooked! Knowing that there is a non toxic, non addictive alternative to standard medication that really works is exciting.

Two decades on, I've witnessed some amazing results through homeopathy both with my own patients and my colleagues' experiences and I can't recommend it highly enough. Some patients have even started learning about homeopathy for themselves - it is possible to home prescribe for the family for 'acute' conditions such as coughs, colds, fevers, headaches etc without needing a homeopathy qualification.

Homeopathy can also be a remarkable tool for personal growth & transformation.

My experience...

I qualified as a Homeopath in 2007 and have been practising both in the UK and internationally (via video call) ever since. Have a look at some testimonials here.

I am a full member of Homeopathy International. I am fully insured and my homeopathy treatments can be reclaimed from many UK health insurance companies. I am, of course, committed to continuous professional development and furthering the development of homeopathic treatments.

For those that are more familiar with homeopathy - I am both classically and practically trained, which means I will select the best approach for you rather than following a single method.

I am also trained in Ton Jansen's Human Chemistry method (Homeopathic Detox Therapy), which is particularly suited for ADHD/ADD; Autism; hormonal and endocrine issues; reduction of dependency on medication (anti-depressants, anti-anxiety meds etc) and much more. This approach evolved from the CEASE method and now encompasses a huge range of health issues. Detoxification can also be part of the treatment.

I have trained in the Sensation method - a method developed by renowned homeopath Sankaran and then the Joshis, of finding the right remedy for someone based on how they react to their life experiences and the way they perceive the world and their place within it.

My Approach…

I love my work and take a supportive, practical approach. I enjoy getting to know my clients and working with them to improve their health and vitality, offering a real opportunity to get better naturally.

I look forward to working with you.
